Refund & Returns Policy

1. Compliance with Regulations

  • TAJELLE fully complies with the e-commerce laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • All customer rights are protected under official regulations, including the right to return and refund within the statutory period.

2. Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 business days from the date of receipt, in line with Saudi regulations.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all luxury packaging and accessories.

  • Customized or specially requested items are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Special shipping or packaging fees may be non-refundable.

  • Any additional costs related to return shipping or processing may be deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange for another item of the same category or similar value, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued according to the above policy.

5. Timeframes & Procedures

  • As our products are prepared and shipped through carefully selected partners, return or exchange processes may take slightly longer than traditional retail.

  • Customers will be kept informed of all stages of their order and return via email or SMS.

6. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

  • If an item arrives damaged or not as described, customers should contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost, in full compliance with consumer rights.
